Youth Employability

"More than a Job” is an initiative designed and initiated by QUEST Alliance in partnership with various stakeholders to look beyond job placement with a more holistic approach, which would facilitate lifelong personal and professional development. The initiative explores the potential of technology to create powerful interventions in training youth with life skills and to ensure quality and relevance in varied learning contexts. Over the last four years, QUEST has been implementing various pilot projects reaching out to marginalized youth across India.
