India is on the brink of a powerful transformation. By 2030, over 1.04 billion Indians will be of working age, the largest potential workforce in the world. But with 45% youth unemployed and millions lacking future ready skills, this promise risks turning into a crisis.
Young people, especially those from the marginalized communities are often left to navigate the school to work continuum without the right transition support.
Since 2004, Quest Alliance has worked to equip youth with 21st-century skills, digital tools, and the mindsets to become self-learners, ready to explore careers, overcome systemic barriers, and thrive in a fast-changing world.
We believe that young people have a vital role to play in shaping India’s future. For the country to progress in a meaningful and inclusive way, their needs, voices and aspirations must be placed at the centre.
With the rise of AI, climate change and the gig economy, the world of work is transforming rapidly. That is why Quest Alliance is launching a bold new strategy that puts young people first, and reimagines how we prepare them for the future.

We are evolving. Our new strategy is bold, ambitious and rooted in 20 years of on-ground experience. We are going beyond just skilling and education. We are reimagining what it means for young people to thrive.

Innovating
Design tech-enabled learning experiences for career transitions that help youth explore careers, build essential life skills, and gain confidence.
Mainstreaming
Integrate our tools, innovations and relevant career transition frameworks in public education and skilling systems, ensuring sustainability and scale.
Enabling
Empower civil society organizations and other like minded organizations to scale by sharing our research and through capacity building and collaboration
